Mary-Ann, an elderly member of the credit union came in to conduct some transactions during Branch Manager Antwon Humphrey’s shift. As the staff greeted her, she mentioned that she was in a hurry as she had a low tire. Antwon, being attentive and compassionate, offered to check her tire pressure with the gauge he had in his car. As she finished her transactions, Antwon asked if he could follow her to the gas station on the corner to ensure she had the correct tire pressure. Mary-Ann was thankful for his kind offer. Antwon's actions exemplified the company's Service Standards and demonstrated his genuine care for Texas Trust's members.
