Member Story of the Month 

John came to Texas Trust wanting to apply for a personal loan to consolidate his credit card debt. He visited other banks in his area, but they had unfavorable interest rates and APR. He eventually decided to visit Texas Trust Credit Union. He came to the Camp Wisdom branch in Grand Prairie and Annahi, a sales service associate at the branch, assisted him. Annahi was professional and quick with processing John’s paperwork. She kept him informed and promptly answered any questions John had, which he appreciated. She got him approved for the personal loan in no time. She was even able to get him a lower rate than the two banks he visited prior to this. He was so impressed with her, that he wrote an email to the branch manager praising her expertise and eagerness to assist during the process. He ended the email by saying that he will now be doing all his banking at Texas Trust. Annahi displayed her commitment to excellence by not only understanding John’s financial needs but providing him with personalized care.
