Service Well Done

Jane Roberts* was doing what we all do from time to time – buying something and then setting up a payment plan. After expecting to pay only a small fee, she noticed quickly that a company she bought the product from charged her the full amount.

In a moment of desperation, Jane called Texas Trust and spoke to Thuy Pham from our Member Care department.

Thuy was on the line, willing and ready to assist Jane. Thuy went above and beyond and contacted the company Jane bought the product from after learning they did not assist her.

“Thuy was so patient and kind but, most of all, showed great moral support when contacting the merchant. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me get this issue resolved!” Jane said.

It is stories like this, and great members, that make Texas Trust what it is. We are a people company, always have been and always will be.
