Member Story of the Month

Daniel T. was running errands and thought he’d pop by the Texas Trust branch to conduct a quick transaction in the drive-thru lane before heading home. As usual, he enjoyed the prompt and friendly attention given to him by team member, Mario Obregron. He was just finishing up his banking when he noticed that his car’s gauges on the dash did not look normal. Trying to play it cool, he finished his business with our team member and drove away to take a look under the hood. Unfortunately, his car stalled out just as he made it out of the parking lot. Thankfully, Mario, the team member who helped him at the drive-thru, observed the situation and went to help. With a little water and a lot of concern, Mario was able to help Daniel cool down the engine until his dad could come to help.
