After experiencing fraud on her account, one of our members, Clarisse, was worried that she would not be able to take care of her bills during the time it would take to resolve the issue and get her card replaced. Lyuda Belitskaya, on our Member Care Advocate team, worked hard to be understanding and helpful in Clarisse’s time of need.

Clarisse called, understandably frustrated by the situation and needed her card replaced immediately so she could make several important purchases, including paying her monthly bills. Lyuda made several recommendations to meet her immediate need and communicated with her effectively throughout the process. Pleased with her service, Clarisse sent the following email:

Thank you for your diligence and attention to this matter. It seems the card should be here by noon today. Your assistance and professionalism is much appreciated. Please pass my words along. You have gone out of your way at a time when pretty much everyone is overwhelmed and many client service professionals respond by doing the minimum. I recognize and appreciate your patience and willingness to fully resolve my issue – actions not often seen in this time of universal stress.
